Give the precious gift of your time
Each year, thousands of people volunteer tens of thousands of hours to improve lives in our community. United Way of Tarrant County depends on the giving nature of volunteers like you to make a tangible impact – whether you want to help from home, learn new skills or volunteer with coworkers.

Protect Older Adults
Help keep older adults safe by volunteering with the Senior Medicare Patrol. Volunteers educate and empower Medicare beneficiaries to protect their personal information and detect fraudulent practices.
VITA volunteers
Become a tax preparer, savings ambassador, greeter or interpreter for low-income working families. It’s easy with our online training.
Corporate groups
Schedule times for your employees to volunteer as a group in a Day of Caring. This is a great way to boost morale and cooperation among your team. There are a variety of opportunities to choose from.
