Women United

Investing in Impact for Women and Girls

Women United is a dynamic network of passionate women committed to creating lasting change for women and girls in Tarrant County. Our members come from various backgrounds and life experiences, united by a shared passion for community impact, service, networking and philanthropy.

The network has been active in Tarrant County for more than 15 years. As part of a global movement of more than 55,000 women, we champion programs that empower, educate and uplift—because when women thrive, communities flourish.

Our Impact

We advocate for women and girls, invest in programs that drive meaningful change, and create spaces for connection, growth and leadership. Our work aligns with United Way of Tarrant County’s programs, which support over 210,000 women and girls in our community to:

  • Improve maternal health outcomes by training community doulas and implementing patient-centered maternity care in local hospitals

  • Connect families to critical resources through Mission United, 211 and the Area Agency on Aging

  • Support early childhood education with programs like Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, ensuring young girls get a strong start in life

  • Create career pathways for women in high-demand industries through workforce development programs
