Reporting to the Board of Directors, the UWTC president and CEO will be responsible for taking the lead to compellingly communicate the vision and program objectives to internal and external constituencies while working collaboratively with the board, staff, and volunteers in formulating policy, developing strategy, raising funds, and achieving performance standards.

Salary compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
