Friday, September 20, 2024
Patricia Aguirre, LMSW, MBA

At UWTC, we are fortunate to have passionate and dedicated team members like Patricia Aguirre, LMSW, MBA, leading our efforts to support older adults and individuals with disabilities. As the director of the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Tarrant County, Patricia is a driving force behind the essential services and resources that help our community thrive.

Patricia's commitment to empowering people to take control of their lives is at the heart of her work. With a strong belief in self-determination, she leads a dedicated team that provides vital support to those in need. Her role involves overseeing the delivery of comprehensive services, including healthcare, transportation, housing, and in-home support, ensuring older adults maintain their independence and quality of life.

Patricia's impact extends beyond just managing programs; she is a passionate advocate for caregivers and individuals with disabilities. By collaborating with local organizations and stakeholders, Patricia helps create a supportive network that enhances the lives of those she serves.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys lifting weights and watching movies. Fun fact: she's a dedicated fan of Hallmark Channel Christmas movies, starting her holiday tradition in July and continuing through the New Year.

We are excited to have Patricia working in our main office now, as the ADRC recently moved. You can now find them at 201 N Rupert St., Ste 107, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
