Meet Crystal Sands, Chief Development Officer.
Crystal Sands is making sure United Way of Tarrant County is equipped to serve the 2 million residents of our community for the next century.
Originally from Goshen, Indiana, Crystal now calls Tarrant County home and is working to make it a better place for every neighborhood. In 2019, she joined our team because she wanted to be a part of an organization making a positive impact on the community.
Four years later, Crystal plays a key role in helping us accomplish this. She connects community leaders, philanthropists and people who want to give back with programs that address the biggest issues facing our neighbors.
Right now, she’s leading our Get United Second Century Campaign, our largest fundraising effort in our 100-year history. With support from the relationships Crystal is fostering, we’re developing and implementing data-driven, innovative initiatives focused on community response, community health, financial empowerment and education and learning across Tarrant County.
“It’s an exciting time to be involved with United Way,” says Crystal.
