Doug Yeiser leads all development activities at United Way of Tarrant County, overseeing strategy, donor communication and volunteer management to support fundraising goals and maximize the organization’s impact on the county's most vulnerable populations.

With more than 30 years of experience in the United Way network, Doug has worked with United Ways across the country, in San Antonio, Oklahoma, Colorado, California, New York and Connecticut. Additionally, he served at United Way Worldwide, leading corporate and technology initiatives and overseeing fundraising efforts.

Before joining United Way of Tarrant County, Doug served as interim CEO for United Way of San Luis Obispo County. He is also president of Purposeful LLC, consulting for non-governmental organizations on fundraising, management and organizational development.

Born and raised in Tarrant County, Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and political science from Baylor University and completed the Interim Executive Academy with the Third Sector Company. He has also served on the boards of the Boulder Rotary Club and the Early Childhood Council of Boulder County.
