The United Way Tocqueville Society kicked off its silver anniversary year Nov. 30 with a 25th Anniversary Celebration at the Fort Worth Club. (Shown here from left to right are hosts Marty Leonard and John and Jean Roach.) In recognition of the Society’s silver anniversary, Tocqueville members have been challenged to make an additional $250,000 investment into the community.
Through the years, the members have invested millions of dollars in programs that have been managed, funded and evaluated by United Way of Tarrant County. In the last 10 years alone, Tocqueville Society members have contributed more than $20 million with United Way that has benefitted our partner agencies and our Impact work in Education, Income and Health.
