The skies of North Texas will be buzzing with excitement from the Bell Helicopter Fort Worth Alliance Air Show Oct. 25-26, and your attendance will benefit United Way.
With each air show parking pass purchased by Oct. 26 at www.AllianceAirShow.comusing the code “AASUW,” you will receive a $5 discount for parking, and $1 will be donated to support United Way’s work in the community. General admission to the show is free.
Gates will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and performances will be held from about 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, visit www.AllianceAirShow.com.
The air show will feature the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. The Thunderbirds are internationally known for their demonstration of precision formation flying while pushing their F-16 Fighting Falcons to the limit.
The world-class lineup of performers also includes the U.S. Special Operations Command Parachute Team, Shockwave Jet Truck, civilian aerobatic performers, classic military aircraft from the Cavanaugh Museum and more.
United Way of Tarrant County is grateful to have been selected as a partner and beneficiary of the 2014 Bell Helicopter Fort Worth Alliance Air Show. The annual air show has donated more than $370,000 to local non-profit organizations since 2006.
