"I hope you will become a part of this growing organization that inspires and challenges women to give, advocate and volunteer."
Cheryl Moore, WLC Chair
More than 400 talented women have united through the Women’s Leadership Council to play a more powerful role as local philanthropists, advocates for important causes and volunteers for change. They also enjoy opportunities to meet other Tarrant County women who are leaders in the business, community and volunteer arenas.
Women who contribute $1,000 or more annually to United Way of Tarrant County through the Women’s Leadership Council know their donation will address the community’s most critical issues in the areas of education, financial stability and health. Members may choose to donate a portion or all of their United Way contribution to the United Way Women’s Fund, which makes possible grants for services, programs and projects that advance the Council’s mission.
