Message from the CEO
I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your support of United Way of Tarrant County. We could not even begin to accomplish our broad mission of improving the lives of many in our community without it, whether it has been contributing or volunteering or advocating on behalf of United Way.
It is your wonderful support that enables your United Way to continue to be financially sound and well-managed even in the difficult economic times in which we live. Your support has enabled us to make significant improvements throughout Tarrant County in our three main initiatives of Education, Financial Stability and Health.
This year marks the 90th anniversary of United Way of Tarrant County. Our mission has changed throughout our history, and it will continue to change in the future in order to meet the needs of the community that we serve.
On behalf of our staff, our board of directors and our forty-four partner agencies, I want to thank you again for your generous support of our impact initiatives and the programs of our partners.
